Currently,
client_placeis used when spawning new windows to invoke the smart place functionality - a fast, dynamic programming algorithm that places windows in such a manner that they don't overlap with existing windows. However, there is no way to invoke this after a way window has been spawned.This PR adds the ability to manually call
client_placeon the active window from the client.
