DC java alignment code

Prerequisites for building the code are:

• jdk1.8 or newer
• maven

To build the project from command line, use the following instructions:

git clone https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12alignment
git checkout dcDev2
cd dc/java/dc-alignment
mvn install

To run the suite from command line (no specific environment settings are needed):

cd dc/java/dc-alignment
./bin/dc-alignment
