Julia's `LazyLibrary` replaces the internal `_on_load_c_callback` C function pointer with `Libdl.LazyLibraryCallback`, an abstract type whose `(::T)()` methods `--trim` compiles unconditionally. Register OpenBLAS's libblastrampoline on-load callback as one, so that it remains callable in trimmed executables while keeping ordinary Julia world-age semantics. Older Julia versions keep the plain function. Assisted-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5)
