Seems fixed upstream, but can always open a fresh issue with problems that may exist today.
Currently Conda will try to download the x86 on ARM.
Continuum are now providing a small number of packages for arm and ppc.
However it looks as though neither they nor the installers have been updated since this was announced, so it might be worth finding out if this is something they plan to continue supporting.
