Closing: these three cannot land separately — sha1 0.11 moves to digest 0.11 while sha2 0.10 and hmac 0.12 stay on digest 0.10, so Hmac<Sha1> loses KeyInit and the build fails on every platform. They are now in a rustcrypto group and will come back as a single PR that can actually be evaluated.
