Added a new tab named "Datathon '23". This will load a single HTML (and all the static files) that is built with Flask-Frozen, and independent from all the rest (built with Hugo).
This frozen HTML can be modified (with Flask) in the newly added folder
/datathon2023and built again with the scriptdatathon/build.py. The built, frozen files will show up undercontent/datathon2023, which is referred to in the configuration file.The Datathon website would now be "https:/criticaldata.mit.edu/datathon2023"
