feat: add Binance collection and harden production workflows

Summary

• add read-only Binance Copy Trading management and full-detail pagination workflow
• add append-only SQLite v26 capture model and Binance public futures market reference collection
• harden browser failure boundaries, inventory recovery, and protected employee session behavior

Financial safety

• no trading, position, balance, transfer, or account-setting operations
• no Cookie, localStorage, sessionStorage, API secret, or credential export
• login, captcha, risk control, page drift, pagination failure, or restore failure stops collection
• no real financial data is included in Git

Verification

• pnpm test: 165 files, 1292 tests passed
• pnpm typecheck
• pnpm repository:check
• pnpm build
• git diff --check

Current runtime evidence

• real logged-in Binance management page list/card structure was inspected read-only
• real full-pagination E2E and scheduled production operation remain pending
• direct push to protected main was not bypassed; this PR is required for the 10 status checks
