Previously, we'd consider a collection hydrated for sequential hydration once its as-of frontier was strictly less than the collection's frontier. Change this to less equal as the computation is hydrated once it reaches the as-of frontier. Signed-off-by: Moritz Hoffmann <[email protected]>
