pipx install is missing executable

Thanks for this tool, exactly what I was looking for. However I'm unable to get it installed correctly.

Tried installing via both pip and pipx, on OSX and Ubuntu

My env should be setup correctly, other pipx packages work.

   pipx run meshtastic2hass
'meshtastic2hass' executable script not found in package 'meshtastic2hass'.
Available executable scripts:

Happy to provide anything else that's needed. - I'm probably just doing something wrong, sorry if so.

With Python 3.12 the build doesn't work anymore. I am not a big fan of Python, don't know at the moment how to fix. Needs time to get into this Python project stuff again.

Entry point is now defined so script can be called from CLI. But pipx run still not working. Not yet sure what is missing.

I appreciate the effort, this is a useful tool. I hope to set it up as an addon to home assistant once I have time to figure out how to pass the device through to the addon.
