🛠️ ODD PI 26.4 Objective 5: TiTiler-CMR Handoff

Motivation

TiTiler-CMR is “feature complete” for now and should be considered a standard data service. TiTiler-CMR will benefit from the consistency of support alongside the other VEDA data services

Description

This objective will be to hand off CMR to data services so that they feel comfortable and capable to manage that service.

Acceptance Criteria / Subtasks

• Determine with data services 1-2 people who can manage TiTiler-CMR (understand and evaluate compatibility for new use cases, address bugs and library upgrades)
• 1-2 Hand off meetings
• If any changes arise, they are completed by data services team member with ODD team member oversight
• Any documentation updates

Questions

TiTiler-CMR is already a part of veda-deploy, are there other data services integrations required (for example, monitoring requirements?)

@abarciauskas-bgse Thanks for a thorough ticket writeup! I think we have capacity if we do the handoff meetings in sprints 1 and 2 but, realistically, we are able to start operationalizing TiTiler-CMR in sprint 4 if that's okay. (@anayeaye please correct me if I'm wrong!)
