Multiple language support (via nestjs-i18n)

Changes

Language Support:

• Translation Interceptor supports ["en", "pt"] on http's Accept Language Header, defaulting to "en" when neither option is presented.
• All translations are separate tables, being returned only the chosen language's value.
• Updated Swagger docs to reflect en/pt and give the option to choose language

Note: Had to update the tests to account for translations.
