Summary

  • Anonymous usage telemetry, on by default with a first-run notice: CLI command names, the routing config at server start, and per-tier request, token and cost counts every 6 hours, keyed by a random install id. Users opt out with nadirclaw telemetry off, NADIRCLAW_TELEMETRY=0 or DO_NOT_TRACK=1 (feat: anonymous usage telemetry (opt-out) #101).

This PR bumps the version to 0.25.0 and dates the changelog section (2026-10-15). It changes no code.

After merge

Publish a GitHub release tagged v0.25.0. publish.yml then builds and uploads the package to PyPI. Installs on 0.24.0 or earlier send no telemetry until they upgrade.
