… SSM parameter paths - Removed unused interfaces `ILambdaSetup`, `IAppSyncSetup`, and `IDynamoDBSetup` from respective setup files. - Updated SSM parameter paths in `SNSSetup` and `AppSyncSetup` to use new naming conventions. - Cleaned up imports and redundant code across multiple setup files. - Ensured consistency in class definitions and method signatures.
