This Pull Request introduces the initial structure for the Persian (fa) translation of OWASP Top 10 – 2025.
✔ A new directory
2025/docs/fahas been created.✔ The first part of the translation has been added.
✔ Additional sections of the translation will be added in upcoming commits to the same branch.
The goal is to provide a complete, high-quality Persian translation aligned with the official 2025 documentation.
