Route the repo's funding to OWASP's donate page (tagged to the cve-lite-cli project) instead of a personal GitHub Sponsors link, matching how other OWASP projects configure FUNDING.yml. Appropriate for an OWASP Lab Project and keeps the project person-neutral.
