Mails

The following mails are send out by Access:

• connection_request: email send to the admin of an organisation if a member has requested a connection with an application
• feedback: email send to support-email when a user has provided feedback in the application
• invitation: email with a new invitation for organisation member to join an organisation
• jira_error: email whenever Jira is not responding or results in an error
• join_request_accepted: email when a join request is accepted and a user is added to an organisation
• join_request_denied: email when a join request is denied and a user is refused to join an organisation
• join_request: email send to the admins of an organisation when a user has request to join an organisation
• new_connection_made: email send to the contact persons of an application when a automatic connection is made to an IdP
• org_contact_reminder: email send periodically to IdP's to update the contact information
• user_inactivity_warning: email send to users who have been inactive for X months
