Follow-up to #654 to soften an overly strong claim and add a bit of nuance about batch transactions.

  • Changes "A CoinJoin is always a batch transaction" to "Most CoinJoins are a specific type of batch transaction", which leaves room for two-party CoinJoin variants like Payjoin that are not really batches in the usual sense
  • Adds a short paragraph noting that batching has benefits beyond privacy, in particular that amortizing the fixed per-transaction overhead across multiple payments lowers the aggregate fee, which is why exchanges and payment processors use plain batching as well
