Tracks the
update-stellar-docsskill so it can be shared. The stellar-contracts/releasecommand (OpenZeppelin/stellar-contracts#836) runs it for the docs step of a release..gitignore: ignores.claude/*but keeps.claude/skills/, so local settings stay out of git..claude/skills/update-stellar-docs.md: uses repo-relative paths, compares against the release commit instead ofHEAD, and requires a PR instead of a direct push.Type of Change
