Summary

The Citation block in both README.md and README_en.md used an invalid BibTeX entry key:

@misc{=paddlenlp,

The leading = makes the entry key malformed, so the citation snippet does not parse in BibTeX tooling. This changes it to @misc{paddlenlp, in both files.

Why

A correct, copy-pasteable citation block is important for a research/engineering library. The stray = was clearly accidental and breaks the BibTeX entry.

…ay '=')

The Citation block used @misc{=paddlenlp,, where the leading '=' makes the BibTeX entry key invalid. Change it to @misc{paddlenlp, in both README.md and README_en.md so the citation block parses correctly.

Closing in favor of a cleaner contribution: the repo-level Read the Docs zh build for the paddlenlp project is flaky (it also fails for unrelated PRs such as #11253/#11247/#11244), so this docs-only change cannot get green checks here. Thanks!
