Require matching session identity for resume and explicit compact source with terminal and directory continuity for changed IDs. Match pending subagent inheritance by agent_id, and persist silent compact assignments. Add deterministic rotation and identity boundary regressions with updated child fixtures and README behavior.
Sync Japanese, Chinese and public model-facing docs with the tested pack isolation rules. Pure documentation, no executable behavior change.

Preserve subagent_input_required and the verified parent-child agent identity guidance together. The conflict is limited to the public configuration paragraph; all maintained runtime and translated documentation changes are retained. This isolated merge contains only the reviewed files.

Independent sessions starting close together inherited the globally last active session's pack, so random and round-robin rotation could converge to one pack. Require matching identity for resume and child inheritance, and explicit compact events with matching terminal and directory identity for changed session IDs. Persist assignments before returning from silent compact events.
Add 13 regression cases covering concurrent sessions, shared directories, resume, compact and child boundaries. Ten failed against the original implementation. All 13 regressions, 54 existing core checks and 95 adapter/lint checks pass. Update English, Japanese, Chinese and public configuration guidance.
Fixes #594.
