Remove SparkMaxWrapper #68
Description
I have spoken with fabrication and they said that we no longer will use SparkMaxs. For this reason, removing SparkMaxWrapper, (or at least deprecating it) and rethinking the motor control system and wrapper system would be a good idea. After all, there aren't too many motor controllers we use.
