This pull request modernizes and improves the documentation and example code for the ProtoCentral MAX30003 single-lead ECG breakout board Arduino library.
Documentation improvements:
README.mdto provide a clearer overview, feature highlights, wiring table, quick start code, example descriptions, build instructions, and licensing details. Removed outdated and redundant information.Example code modernization:
01-ecg-openview.ino,02-ecg-plotter.ino, and03-hr-rtor.inowith updated pin assignments (CS = D4, INT = D2), improved documentation, and usage of the latest library API for device initialization, sample reading, and heart-rate/RTOR handling.
