Improve UX when the connected wallet or account is on the wrong network so contributors can recover quickly during testnet work.
Tasks

• Detect wrong-network or stale-network state early in wallet flows.
• Show clear recovery guidance and retry actions.
• Prevent sensitive actions from continuing on the wrong network.
• Add tests for mismatch detection and recovery flows.
