Share execution profile pipeline planning

Summary

• Share resolved execution profile to GitLab pipeline input mapping across manual, scheduled, and watch-event triggers.
• Preserve explicit code/system selection, resolved allocation precedence, activity, and result destination without forwarding profile Exp or scheduler overrides.
• Keep profile validation, authorization, trigger provenance, deduplication, and submission handling in their existing callers.

Validation

• python -m pytest result_server/tests/test_execution_profiles.py result_server/tests/test_gitlab_profile_pipeline.py -q: 83 passed.
• python result_server/tests/run_result_server_tests.py: 555 passed.
• Added synthetic profile contract tests without constraining application runtime settings.
• git diff --check and tracked text integrity check passed.
