"from marllib import marl" still raises an error after I complete installation

I found "from marllib import marl" raise an error after I complete the installation following official documentation installation guide with some struggle, what else should I do？

Its strange, but it seems like the docs miss the pip install -e . to actually install marllib. I am having other issues with marllib after this too. Seems like the project is pretty much dead.
