…n to Server/src/make.defs, which is included in MAkefile; and similarly for Server/src/do_compile.sh. This increases the reliability of the asksource.sh config process by not needing to do in-file pattern replacement with sed.

n.b., this is built on top of my asksource.sh refactor, though it shouldn't strictly be necessary. Still, that code merges cleanly and is functional, so either pull that in first, or close that one and pull this one.
This is MVP implementation of cURL bindings for RhostMUSH, adding a function http_get() to make simple GET requests.
This is a minimal implementation, and needs to be expanded (e.g., to expose certain cURL options like SSL certificate validation; to allow POST requests; to allow arbitrary HTTP verbs; to allow arbitrary headers); and also documentation.
