This change might be useful to set up SALMON on CUDA machines, by allowing to pass (for example)
-DUSE_OPENACC=ON -DUSE_CUDA=ON -DCMAKE_CUDA_ARCHITECTURES=86.(I have not tested it, there may be syntax errors)
