Make proof span both homepage agent lanes

Summary

• keep Your Agents with Observe and Control
• rename the external-agent card to Admit, matching its scoped-access-above-rails behavior
• move Prove into a full-width card below both lanes so the layout shows evidence spanning every governed decision
• remove unsupported absolute homepage performance claims identified during independent review

Product contract

The section now reads architecturally:

4. Prove — every governed decision across both lanes
