Custom board setup

Allow games/boards to be setup with a specific piece combination and player turn. This will help a lot with both testing and debugging problems locally, as well as for writing tests.

There isn't a standard way to store board states the same way there is for chess. So I'll use a simple method myself that will work for any board size. Sticking to standard notation for coordinates, columns will be the letters of the alphabet, and rows will be numbers. This means there's only support for boards up to 26x26.
Board size is stored first, then black's coordinates always get stored first, then white's coordinates, then the current player.
For example, the starting position on a 8x8 board would be stored as follow:
8;D5,E4;D4,E5;B

Currently, the board stores columns as integers as well, so that will have to be updated first
