Summary

Prepare RowBridge 0.7.0 after adding saved run history and run deletion.

Changes

bump the package version from 0.6.1 to 0.7.0
update the lockfile to the new package version
document saved run history and deletion in the changelog

Validation

uv sync --extra dev --locked
uv run ruff check .
uv run mypy src tests
uv run pytest - 58 passed
uv build
runtime version check - 0.7.0
git diff --check
