产品PR #133已常规合并为
066ab435f5f4a11282053e0f087205fa8dc0369e。本PR只把尚未生产发布的5.21.8来源记录指向实际产品SHA，同步公开镜像和index.release；原始25eea922c及候选维护记录由不可变viewer-v5.21.8-rc1保留，旧正式版本与全部资源内容不变。精确产品候选ebb787fda的CI 37888868821成功，Viewer148、Director36及两种E2E/CodeQL/治理等所选检查均通过。首次及持续503在实际浏览器及构建版本验证，正常返回Viewer；完整预览8文件/300路由引用和缓存头匹配。测试断言、候选来源登记和首预览配置失败已明确记录，不绕过规则。
合并后正式tag/build使用本PR实际合并SHA，再完成ready候选回读、生产提升、真实照片/视频和15分钟观察。摄影算法与资源不变；回退为已验证5.21.7部署6ac873b8382d690120124c07。
