Add organization profile README

GitHub organization profiles display a README from profile/README.md in the .github repository. This adds the required file structure.

Changes

• Created profile/README.md with organization mission, AI-driven recovery support focus, and website link
• Follows GitHub's organization profile README requirements (must be in profile/ subdirectory, not root)
