• Fixed some weird conflict issues caused by the Folder Selection when installing a mod with multiple folders inside.
• Added Auto Updater for the Installer version of the Manager, so now you won't need to download and reinstall everytime a new version of the manager is released, the app will prompt you with the update notification. Portable version won't be able to auto update.
• Made the manager be aware when the user manually deletes a mod from the MODS folder through the explorer instead of the manager, now it will see that the mod is gone and update the GCMODSETTINGS and Download List accordingly.
