Steps to reproduce the bug
Play a stream on background or popup player, open PlayQueue, Rotate the device, app ui crashes instantly.

Additional information
Cannot view long video titles fully anymore after #13942 as horizontal scrolling stream titles get reset every second with the update of elapsed time of the playing stream. This happens on second item in queue onwards not on the first.

Yes, I'd love to work on this! I'll try to reproduce it later today and see if I can fix it.
