Adds a WeKnora-style header to the top of both READMEs. README text below the header is unchanged.

  • Banner: docs/assets/readme/hero-en.png / hero-zh.png, 2400 px wide (2x), rendered from HTML so fonts look the same for every viewer. Warm off-white card with the LoopForge logo, the headline, and 8 capability chips. Each chip matches something the README already describes: confirmed requirements, design before code, implementation by role, independent Code Review, tested before delivery, resume after a break, saved delivery record, local agent dashboard. Bottom row: Tencent Open Source · MIT, npx loopforge-cli install, and the supported agents (CodeBuddy · Codex · Cursor · Claude Code · Pi).
  • Badges: release, npm (loopforge-cli), license (MIT; a static badge because GitHub can't identify the license from LICENSE), stars, validate and e2e workflow status.
  • Language switch and section nav. Every anchor links to an existing heading; checked on the rendered branch page.
  • Removes the old # LoopForge title and English | 简体中文 line, since the banner and the new switch replace them. The promo video block is untouched.

scripts/validate.sh passes locally.
