This PR merges the upstream fix ocornut#3957 into /examples/imgui_impl_vulkan_with_textures.cpp
This prevents a bunch of vulkan validation layer warnings when using /examples/imgui_impl_vulkan_with_textures.cpp in place of /backends/imgui_impl_vulkan.cpp
