To keep a consistent ordering with the actual user interface, I moved "Regex" up in the list of filters. Also fixed a misspelling of one word.
These should probably be new paragraphs, instead of just a line break.
A header has a semantic meaning and will show up in Table of Contents.
It was auto-generated with <https://github.com/ekalinin/github-markdown-toc> The old TOC wasn't very helpful, and even had repeated entries. As a side-effect, thinking about good URLs, I've changed the heading from `MicroSD Card (Requires MicroSDeck)` to just `MicroSD Card`, as that generates a `#microsd-card` anchor.
