All data collected for and used in Chapter 6 "Assessing the GPU Offload Threshold of GEMM and GEMV Kernels on Modern Heterogeneous HPC Systems" of Finn Wilkinson's PhD thesis using the GPU BLAS Offload Benchmark (GPU-BLOB).
Also included is a comprehensive set of SVG figures that compares the measured CPU performance to the GPU performance (Transfer-Once, Transfer-Walways, and USM) for every S/DGEMM and S/DGEMV problem type. This is to provide a visualisation of each system's performance over a wide range of problem sizes and to visually see the GPU Offload Threshold.
For all Isambard-AI data and figures, data collection was done as a part of an early access programme prior to full system acceptance.
