Description

Integrated homepage news with backend and inline article expand

• Homepage news section now fetches the latest article from the backend instead of placeholder text
• "Read more" on the homepage links to the news page with that specific article already expanded
• "Read more" on the news page expands the article card inline (replaced the full-screen overlay)
• News articles sorted newest first

Checklist
