Added voip feature for all rooms, both in spaces and direct messages. It checks if the room is a encrypted call or if it is not, then encrypts calls if needed. It uses livekit for interacting with speakers and microphones. There are features for changing which device that the call uses, both for speaker and microphones. There is a display when in a call which shows the users. When joining an empty call it rings other members.
