[Feature] Adding notifications #3
Description
Currently, we have the endpoints and collections but no logic on the front end or triggers on the backend. We should make a Notification class on the backend to allow for more easily sending them to the user. On the frontend we should allow push notifications for it and they should be clearable.

A NotificationService class has been set up. when a new message is sent to someone the receiver now gets a notification of that.
