I tried to fix the problem of cofolding, like issue #36. The first two nucleotides in cofolded structures are not displayed and the structure returned from Fornac doesn't contain the '&' symbol. But Fornac fully supports a cofolded sequence when an ssRNA structure is edited inside the container. So I removed handling structure breaks (the '&' symbol) in RNAGraph and RNAutils. When using addRNA, the RNA structure checks for breaks and splits (similarly to when it is modified).
