Why

The local IPC contract needs to state when the Unix allowlist activates brokering and which mode provides strict syscall brokering. This incorporates the post-merge review of #2.

Customer Summary

Clarify the supported local IPC configuration and its accident-prevention boundary. Runtime behavior and command overhead are unchanged.

Technical Summary

Document the resolvable allowlist prerequisite, distinguish socket creation from socket pairs in the fallback mode, and scope the strict no-CONTINUE rationale to default brokering. Prepare immutable native package 0.0.75-wb.3 with the corrected documentation.

Testing

  • Pinned Zig builds succeeded for arm64 and x64; both binaries are byte-identical to the published 0.0.75-wb.2 binaries.
  • Native boundary CI passed, and the complete-pr CI check reports all workflows passed.
  • Six reviewers completed the latest commit. The author approved proceeding while the remaining reviewer is blocked by its weekly quota.

Requirements

  • required: Correct the local IPC documentation and mode-specific invariants identified during the review of merged PR feat: support local IPC with direct TCP in reviewer workloads #2.
  • required: Keep execution overhead low.
  • chosen: Preserve runtime behavior while correcting the documentation.
  • chosen: Publish the documentation in immutable package version 0.0.75-wb.3.

State the existing allowlist prerequisite and scope the strict brokering
invariants to the default mode. Prepare immutable package version 0.0.75-wb.3
with unchanged runtime binaries.
