Hide audio thumbnail from screen readers with aria-hidden

The audio thumbnail image doesn't have meaningful alt text to offer screen reader users. Per maintainer discussion on issue #497, the best solution is to hide the element entirely from assistive technology using aria-hidden='true', rather than providing a misleading title.
