CPACK_PACKAGE_CONTACT pointed at pinba-engine@example.com; use the same maintainer contact as debian/control.
The header comment in prepare-mariadb-headers.sh pointed to "the ai_rpm_maria.log R1 note", which does not exist in the repo.

CPACK_PACKAGE_CONTACTwas the placeholderpinba-engine@example.com. Set it to the maintainer contact already used indebian/control(Oleg Ekhlakov o.ekhlakov@protonmail.com). No behavior change: CPack is not used by any CI workflow; the contact only appears in metadata of locally generatedcpackarchives.
