Proposal

I'd suggest to

• create issues which explain the anticipated changes
• assign labels
• create a new milestone 1.0.0 or similar
• add the issues to the milestone

Benefit

• Immediately see the roadmap and plans
• Get ideas for discussions and contributions
• Single source of truth
