[CHA-153] 마이페이지 서브헤더 스크롤 고정

무엇을 변경했나요?

마이페이지의 서브헤더는 고정하고, 헤더 아래 콘텐츠 영역만 스크롤되도록 수정했습니다.
로딩 스켈레톤 화면에도 동일한 스크롤 구조를 적용하고 관련 테스트를 갱신했습니다.

왜 변경했나요?

기존에는 마이페이지 main 전체가 스크롤 컨테이너라 콘텐츠를 스크롤하면 서브헤더도 함께 움직였습니다. 채널 비교 화면과 동일하게 main은 고정하고 콘텐츠 영역만 스크롤하도록 분리했습니다.
