Request: Configurable URL link in right-click tray menu #49

Description

@jctmf

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running the MeshCentral Assistant in background monitor mode, users have a tray icon, but there isn't a direct, native way for them to quickly access our IT helpdesk or support portal. It would be incredibly helpful to provide users with a quick shortcut to our ticketing system directly from the tool that manages their machine.

Describe the solution you'd like
As discussed in the main MeshCentral repo, it would be great to add a simple, customizable option to the Assistant's right-click tray menu.
Specifically, I would like the ability to configure:

The Menu Text: (e.g., "Request IT Support", "Helpdesk Portal")

The URL: A configurable link that opens in the user's default web browser when clicked.

Ideally, these parameters could be pushed or configured via the main MeshCentral server settings so it applies to all deployed Assistants.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, the alternative is creating GPOs to push traditional internet shortcuts to the user's desktop, which clutters the workspace and isn't integrated into the management tool.

Additional context
This feature would add immense value for IT support providers by turning the Assistant tray icon into a centralized hub for end-users to seek help, while keeping the implementation simple since it runs in the user's context space.
