Ask for help: Processing Single Burst Data from ASF with ISCE and MiaplPy

Dear ZGHHGZ,

I saw your question How to use stackSentinel to handle only a small area of a single burst？ #807 in the ISCE2 Github page, and follow your comment to this repo.

I wonder if we can download the burst .TIFF and .XML directly from search.asf.alaska.edu , then process them with ISCE, or we need to follow another workflow?

My purpose is to process a single burst using ISCE, then work with MiaplPy. Currently, MiaplPy has not supported HYP3 products yet.

I know your schedule is busy, if the answer is available in your codes, please guide me where to start. Thank you!

@david-ncu2019 First of all, thank you for your interest in our work. Our code can fulfil your needs, but it may be cumbersome to use at the moment. We expect to make the change process into visualisation software next year to lower the threshold for users.
If you want to run our current code from the command line, you first need to configure the environment for hyp3-isce2. https://github.com/ASFHyP3/hyp3-isce2

Then, you can learn about the pre_data.py file inside the code folder in our code. pre_data.py file is the runtime file for our code.

@david-ncu2019 This is a sample of the stack.txt file mentioned in pre_data.py, the first two or three columns represent the image name, the IW sequence number, and the burst sequence number respectively

@david-ncu2019 We also have another software (https://github.com/ZGHHGZ/ESIS) that you can use to get the download link for the burst data and then generate the stack.txt from the pre_stack_url.py file in the code folder in ML-TS-InSAR.
These operations can be a bit tedious and we will optimise our process in the future.
