There are two known Ying Zhangs by ORCID iD * 0000-0003-0688-2502 (no educational info in profile) * 0009-0000-9627-8768 (Tokyo Institute of Technology) In addition, "Joy Ying Zhang" was tied to "Ying Zhang". I created a new id for the second Ying Zhang (ying-zhang-tokyo) and then the base name, and assigned all papers to the base name. I also removed the alias for Joy Ying since there was no associated issue. We will have to fix this later.

LGTM, but see comments. I’d probably still remove the ORCID from name_variants.yaml here before merging, but it shouldn’t matter too much at this point.
